By accessing and using devzen.io (referred to as "the Site", "DevZen", or "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our suite of utility tools for personal, academic, or commercial purposes.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or systematically crawl our tools via automated scripts.
  • Use our utilities to generate malicious scripts, decode stolen credentials, or assist in illegal activity.
  • Impeded or disrupt the service's performance for other web users.

3. Client-Side Operations & Data Safety

DevZen operates on a decentralized, local-first computing model. We do not transmit, analyze, or back up your files or inputs on a remote server. Your inputs are stored strictly within your browser's local storage (so they persist if you accidentally refresh the page), but you recognize that you are solely responsible for keeping backups of your data. Clearing your browser cache or site data will permanently erase your local workspace history.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and services on the Site are provided on an 'as is' basis. DevZen makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

We do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the tools or the content generated on the Site.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DevZen or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools on DevZen, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
